Terms and Condition

Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time.

· All rates are net in Thai Baht.
· Lamphuhouse.com only accepts payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and JCB) not commercial card.
· The reservation acknowledgement will be sent to you after your deposit payment is completed. Please show along with valid passport upon check in at Lamphu house.
· Please also make sure that the names you write on the reservation form are identical with the ones given in the travel passports.
· 7 years and older or height is 110 cm. will be considered as adults.
· For under 7 years old or height less than 110 cm. We accept only one child per one booking room to stay with adults (for more inquires please contact us via email info@lamphuhouse.com)
· Standard check out time is 11.30 A.M.
· Standard check in time is 14.00 P.M.
· 500 Baht cash key deposit required upon check-in. On check-out the key deposit will be returned.
· An extra bed can be provided for Air-Con Superior Twin Room and Air-Con Family 2 Double room . A fee of 200 Baht/night will be charged.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY (APPLICABLE TO ROOM RESERVATION ONLY):

1. Room modification is permitted 7 day(s) prior to the Check-In Date.
2. Cancellation 5 days in advance before check-in date free of charge
3. Less than 5 days 50% before check-in date of full amount will be charged
4. Last minute (the day check in) / No Show ,100% full amount will be charged and the reservation is cancelled automatically.
5. Any Cancellation or Changing on and after check-in date, No Refund.

** If customers do not show up on the scheduled date, the reservation is cancelled and we charge for full amount of your booking.

** Notification of your arriving date change /amendments of booking can be accepted by us only via E- mail info@lamphuhouse.com but we do not guarantee the change depending on the availability.

**For change /amendments of booking can be accepted one time only, otherwise the booking will be cancelled automatically and full amount will be charged.**

Bang Lam Phu Market

This small marketplace has served the community around Wat Chanasongkram since the period of King Rama III. Banglamphu Market spans Phra Sumen and Chakrapong Roads, and is frequented by traders ranging from street vendors, hawkers and stall owners to retail shops and department stores. All kinds of inexpensive items can be found including clothing, leather goods, footwear, cosmetics and curios. It's proximity to Khao San Road makes it easily accessible, and bargaining is recommended.

Temple of Dawn

One of the older temples in Bangkok, Wat Arun is clearly visible across the Chao Phraya river almost opposite the Grand Palace. Wat Arun was the royal temple of King Taksin during the Thonburi period. The pagoda, 79 m high, covered with multicoloured glass and Chinese porcelain embedded in cement, provides a beautiful view of Wat Arun from the Bangkok side of the river at sunset.

Temple of the Emerald Buddha

The most spectacular Buddhist architecture is found at Bangkok's Wat Phra Kaeo (Temple of the Emerald Buddha), which contains more exquisite carving and decoration per square centimeter than any comparable site in the world. The temple is renowned as the most beautiful and important Buddhist temple in Thailand and houses Phra Kaew Morakot, the highly revered Buddha image carved from a single block of fine jade.

Pak Klong Talad

The 24-hour Pak Klong Talad runs along the Chao Phraya River from the Memorial Bridge to the Pak Klong Talad Pier. It is known mostly as a wholesale flower market serving everyone from flower vendors to florists, but it also has a good selection of fresh vegetables, which are bought in the pre-dawn hours to be transported to neighbourhood markets around Bangkok for sale in the morning. If you really want to see Thai commerce, arrive between 2:00 and 4:00 in the morning!

The Grand Palace

One of the most visited attractions in Bangkok is the Grand Palace, which is a complex of many buildings dating from 1782 to the late 19th century. The huge compound of the Grand Palace, that includes Wat Phra Kaeo, is enclosed by a high fortress

The Golden Mount

Is a major landmark of Bangkok which houses the sacred ashes of Gautama Buddha, which were brought from India in 1899. Wat Saket is situated at the bottom of the Mount. The panoramic view ofBangkok is rewarding after climbing 318 steps.
